Hatha Yoga for everybody: beginners, intermediate and experienced
£2 per session – Wednesdays at 11:00am – 12:00pm and Friday at 6:30pm – 7:30pm
With Lisa M, mindful flow, transitions and static postures at a pace that allows the student to experience being in the pose whilst becoming aware of the alignment, breathing, strength and flexibility involved. Classes, with or without a carefully chosen playlist to focus and relax, can be adapted to the level and physical capabilities of the individual.
£4 per session – Thursdays 6:30 -7:30pm
With Lisa, come and get a full aerobic workout and relieve some of your frustration through Boxercise.
Women’s Only Sports
